The success of any project depends on both its outcomes and sustainability. Using singular, rigid and perhaps outdated methodologies can be detrimental to a project’s success and sustainability.
CQI Toolkit allows users to pick, choose and combine certain aspects of established tools and methodologies to deliver a successful service improvement project programme.
The Toolkit is currently live and being used by all staff in North Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group to provide project and financial assurance. We believe in the concept of sharing best practice and have showcased the Toolkit to colleagues, peers and other organisations across the UK and Far East.
